“If you are looking for the best ring buying experience, look no further because Lucy in the Sky LLC is the place to go! I was on a search for the perfect engagement ring but felt uncomfortable and intimidated walking into traditional jewelry stores. After finding Lucy in the Sky LLC and getting in contact with Dallas, all of those feelings were lifted away. Lucy in the Sky LLC was a personal, one on one ring buying experience.
Dallas and I had our first appointment to cover the bases and what I/(fiancé to be) had in-mind for the ring. Note, this appointment was over the phone, as I live in Milwaukee. Through out the process, Dallas was extremely responsive, professional and communicative. She took that first meeting to listen and ask further questions, never pressuring any certain styles or products; just hearing my wish-list. Dallas took my wish-list and provided me with unique and creative ring options that matched my wish-list perfectly. Providing several options on the metal, type of stone, and settings.
After the ring setting was selected, the final part was to select the diamond. This meeting was in-person and at Dallas’ adorable and welcoming shop. Dallas began the meeting with an informational presentation on the diamonds. Dallas provided so much knowledge about the diamonds and was extremely helpful! After the presentation, Dallas presented the diamonds. All of the options were BEAUTIFUL, making the decision extremely difficult! Once I selected the diamond, the diamond was set and the process was complete!
I would highly recommend anyone to purchase rings or jewelry from Lucy in the Sky LLC. Dallas brings so much knowledge, honesty, and creativity to the process of designing a personalized ring that is perfect for the customer.

"My original wedding ring was destroyed when I was about 36 weeks pregnant, which is NOT the best time to have something so upsetting happen as hormones are at an all time high. Dallas had done some work on my ring the year before on redoing the prongs, so she was familiar with my ring and I knew she could help me find a new ring that was going to be a great fit.
I wasn't part of the original shopping experience for my first ring, but just shopping for the wedding band was horrible. Traditional jewelry stores play "games" of how low can it go on the price and in my experience the whole things just feels slimy and you aren't sure if you got a good deal or not. This is NOT the case with Dallas! She takes the time to listen to you and what you are looking for. She is very mindful of your budget and will make sure that you have the piece of jewelry of your dreams. It is clear from talking to her how passionate she is about this and how important the client experience is to her. She was able to bring in a few bands for me to try on to see how I liked them and worked with us every step of the way to get us a diamond that fit our needs.
I cannot recommend her enough! This is our 3rd time working with her and she was able to pull off a miracle in finding me a new ring that feels like it was meant to be. If you are in the market for a new piece of jewelry or are looking to breathe life into an old piece look no further! We'll be back again for sure, but hopefully next time it will be under less dire circumstances.
